How do I know my size? 
Our headbands and scrub caps are measured to fit most people.

For our t-shirts, we have included size guides specific to each type of shirt in our product description.


What if I don't see my size listed?
No worries! Send us a message and we will be happy to assist you and work with you. Please note that shipping and delivery times may take longer than usual for sizes that are not readily available.


How do I wash my garments? 
To ensure the best possible care, we have included wash care instructions in our product description as well as our product tags. Kindly check upon delivery of your order.


Can I make any order changes once my orders are placed?
We may be able to work something out. Please e-mail us as soon as possible, as we will not be able to make any changes once your order has shipped.


How does the pick up option work?
We are currently offering pick up option for our customers who know us personally. After placing an order, please send us a message to arrange a date, time, and place for pick up.


Where do you ship?
We currently ship nationwide to all 50 states.

If ordering from outside of US, please send us a message and let us know what country you are ordering from. We will check with our post office and get back to you with the shipping cost information ASAP.


Do you ship for free?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. For US orders, we provide free shipping for orders over $100. For international orders, shipping costs will vary based on the country where orders will be shipped.


How long does shipping take?
Orders will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. US orders should arrive within 5-7 business days. International shipping will be about 10-14 business days.

*Please note that due to COVID restrictions, international shipping times may take longer than usual.


Can I expedite my order?
If you need your order expedited, please send us a message before placing an order for further instructions.


What are your exchange and return policy?
Due to current COVID situation, we will allow return and exchanges within 14 days of purchase for items that are in good condition and to which the tag is still attached to the original item. Please send us a message with your order number and we will provide you with a return label and further instructions.
